Sarah is a skilled fitness coaching professional with 10 years of industry experience under her belt. With a background in the aerial circus arts Sarah integrates her passion for functional based movement into her training programs. Her focus on improving her clients' capacity for strength and movement quality, results in an overall greater awareness of their body, increased rate of progression, and a vast reduction in injury.
Sarah strives for her clients to be stronger, healthier and happier. Building a strong community of clients, coming to training is just as much about smiling and socialising as it is about working hard.
Through expert advice and proactive coaching, Sarah will work with your body, based on how you move and what you need. You’ll soon be excelling in ways you never thought possible.
